My No Nonsense Approach To Salon Appointments

I don't know why I keep going to the salon to get my hair done! I mean, I always come out with a pretty hair style in the end, but the entire appointment is a nightmare!!!

My No nonsense Approach To Salon Appointments

Yall remember when I got my hair straightened the last time, check out: How To | Flat Iron Natural Hair Safely for the details of prepping and going through the flat ironing process. Now since my flat ironing skills suck, I decided to get my hair done. However:

  1. I don't like being on other people time,
  2. I don't like how the phone is glued to her hand,
  3. I don't like how my hair is rough-handled during the appointment
My question over and over during the appointment was, "Why are you still in the chair?" And you know what? That was my fault to even stay in the chair. So here, I am I few weeks later giving you tips on when you should "LEAVE NOW" from the hairdresser's chair.

Check out My No nonsense Approach To Salon Appointments to learn 6 tips of when you should get up from your beautician's chair and run as fast as you can, rollers and all! I know this seems like a rant, but I want you to know that it is okay to get up from the chair. Your hair dresser is your employee...not surely not the other way around!

Natural hair says: you know how you like your hair cared for whether you or  your beautician is doing your hair. If you feel uncomfortable by what your beautician is saying or doing during your appointment, LEAVE NOW!
