My Hair Diary | I'm So Fed Up With My Damaged, Natural Hair!

I'm So Fed Up With My Damaged, Natural Hair!

TILL THIS DAY, My hair is not damaged, I have little to no split ends, and my hair is so soft to the touch. I am proud to say that my hair is very healthy! I am surely looking at a Real Naturalista in the mirror and I really liked what I see...

...then immediately I thought about my hair I had in 2011...my hair sucked! Look at that picture above...It was very damaged, broken hairs were everywhere, my hair was very thin, and I had absolutely no idea what to do with it....

I'm So Fed Up With My Damaged, Natural Hair!

I cried almost everyday because I hated my hair, BUT I got out of my dark and gloomy mood and started to do something about it. I looked up "damaged natural hair" and "treatment for damaged hair" online and they all led to the same concept...Deep Conditioning and Protein Treatments.

This was the first thing I learned about in starting my healthy-natural hair journey. I needed to find out what my hair is thirsty for. For the past two years I have tried so many regimens and products with deep conditionings and protein treatments. And now I am excited to share my findings with you.

If your hair is dry, brittle, damaged, limp, or just not correct in your eyes, follow these tests to find out if you need more deep conditioning, more protein treatments, or both. Check out for more information to achieve success in your healthy hair journey!

Natural hair says: when you put deep conditioning and protein treatment in your regimen, you will definitely notice a change within three months. Stick with it! Your hair will surely come back to life and you will start to love your hair again. Don't give up on your hair!
