Product Review: ApHogee Keratin and Green Tea Restructurizer

I have to have protein in my life, especially since my hair is fine in texture. My hair absolutely loves protein! So I thought I try this product out to give it a little more "umph" to allow my hair to remain balanced and strong...

Product Name:

ApHogee Keratin and Green Tea Restructurizer Product Review (Green Tea)*

Price and Size:

Product Description:

ApHogee Keratin and Green Tea Restructurizer is the first product to combine heat-activated protein and green tea to produce dramatic results for conditioning and restructuring the hair shaft.

This one step formula combines the strengthening properties of keratin protein with the antioxidant benefits of green tea.  It helps reduce breakage and split ends and adds body to limp, lifeless hair. Apply to wet or dry hair without rinsing.

Active ingredients bond into the hair shaft with natural body heat or heat from styling tools. ApHogee Keratin & Green Tea Restructurizer is especially recommended for at home care of relaxed or permed hair and may be used between shampoos during touch up styling.  It also protects hair color.

My Own Thoughts:

I really like this product! Since my hair is fine in texture, I tend to use a lot of protein based products to keep my hair strong and durable. This product really did what the product says it does.

I love the product line-up (as I'm all about the ingredients). I really have no issue with the product.

Although this is a great product, I will not purchase this continually. I can just create my own green tea and add vitamin E as a preservative that lasts a week...but I rather just purchase the product, which as pretty good ingredients. So I don't know....I suppose it depends on how I'm feeling about my hair and what my hair needs at the time.

This is a "one in a while" product...not a staple..

Have you tried the Green Tea? What did you think about it?

Natural hair says: depending on your hair needs and your lifestyle, purchase products that would help you continue on your hair journey. Some products may be nice to have, but they could be more of a luxury and just taking up drawer space.
