My Hair Diary | Does Your Natural Hair Blow In The Wind?

I love to do twist outs! The fluffier, the better.

AND YES!

My hair definitely blows in the wind.

*in the office taking a selfie*
Look how fluffy my twist out looks! I'm so happy about the volume and the sway of my natural hair.

*out for lunch and wind is blowing now*
Yes ma'am! Hair blows in the wind with lots of sway. I absolutely love it!

*wind is blowing a bit too much now*
Okay...this is way too much sway! But my hair still blows in the wind...so yay???

*back at the office*
Look at my hair!!! SMH...way too much wind and sway...I just can't deal with this...

*next day*
...yes I did!

That's right! My hair is in a fierce updo...I don't want my hair to sway and flow in the wind anymore for the rest of the week...like I said before...I hate wearing my hair down...

I used to want my hair to flows in the wind and to sway as I walk. Sure, my hair does just that.

However! I also get tangles and more tangles when my hair does flow in the wind and sway as I walk. That's why I only wear my hair down during the weekends...so stop asking me to wear my hair out!!!!! I'm good.

Natural hair says: do a fluffy flexi rod set or a dry twist out if you want your hair to blow in the wind...watch out for those tangles!

  1. There is nothing wrong with having your hair down. That's what works for you and that's it. I will say that your hair is really pretty down...like that blown out fro! Too beautiful. Keep up the good work with your hair!

  2. Awe thanks Toni! I really appreciate the love. I'm just ones of those girls who just can't stand my hair down for too long. But that's just what works for me. Thanks for the encouragement!
