Product Review: Aveda Rosemary Mint Shampoo And Conditioner Duo
Throughout my entire healthy hair journey, I have not used a shampoo and conditioner of the same brand...I KNOW RIGHT?! That's absolutely...weird. I hardly use a shampoo, so I would purchase a cheap one to use rarely and put all my energy in purchasing conditioners and deep conditioning treatments of the same brand.
However...I went on vacation and forgot my shampoo and conditioner and saw the tiny bottle of Aveda Rosemary Mint Shampoo and Conditioner. Fate had me on this day...

Scalp massaging is a great way to promote growth and to increase the blood circulation to make the roots stronger. This is one of the best ways to add to your hair care regimen for your healthy hair journey.
I have seen a lot of YouTubers advocate for this, so I was instantly intrigued! I have never used a scalp massager before, because I was always content with using my fingers for a scalp massage. Rice water has definitely become part of my bi-weekly regimen for maintaining healthy hair by:
- decreasing the surface friction to keep my hair smooth and soft
- improving my hair elasticity
- add natural sheen and volume to my hair
So here I am again confirming that the rice water rinse has been one of the best treatments to maintain my healthy hair. Instead of using my usual fermented water, I will try the Non-Boiling Water/Fermented Method Rice Water Rinse:
