I am going to revamp my current Flaxseed Gel, which is runny like egg whites, to a thicker gel for moisturizing and styling my hair! Just one simple change Naptural85 has done with evolve my flaxseed gel and my styles tremendously!
Let's get to it!

Bring 2 cups of water to boil in a small sized pot. Once the water reaches a boil, stir in 1/4 cup of flaxseeds and continue to stir often to ensure the seeds won't get stuck on the bottom of the pot.

Once you see this the gel-trail (around 10 minutes), turn off the heat and all the gel to sit for 15-30 minutes (until cool). This is the new part! I would usually strain the gel right after seeing a gel-trail, but my gel would remain running...this new party took the flaxseed gel to another level!

Once cool, pour your gel in your container with a knee-high stocking. Once you have your gel in the container, wash your pot, measuring cup, and other tools used quickly. It will be difficult to clean if you wait later.

Use any tool you like to squeeze the gel from the knee high stocking. This will be a bit tough since the gel has thicken over the time you have waited for the flaxseed gel to cool.

If need be, USE YOUR HANDS!! This will get messy, so try to stay over your container.
