My Hair Diary | Mane Choice and DIY Products: What Works For My Natural Hair

2019 Mane Choice Heavenly Halo Products

The Mane Choice is the natural hair care line I have decided to stick with for 2019. I used the Mane Choice Butter back in 2018 and I absolutely loved it! So I purchased this line to gain the benefits of the intense hydration and the premium blend of Umutanga Oil (cell renewal), Palmarosa Oil (promotes hair growth), Yashtimadhu Root (combat premature balding), Yucca Root (Vitamin C), Burdock Root Oil (blood circulation), and Soy (promotes hair growth).

Exercise - 8 Cups of Daily Water - Good Diet

There is no such thing as a healthy hair diet with a healthy body diet. I'm not going on a diet to lose weight, but to care for my body even more than before. I absolutely love water, but exercise may take some time to get used to.

However, I know that I will be able to accomplish these goals to continue to be healthy from hair to toe.

I am very happy and pleased with the regimen. I will continue to update my regimen as I grow in my hair journey. If you aren't sure where to start, learn your hair first!

And that's it!

Natural hair says: it's take time, patience, and effort to find what works for you. Find hair challenges to participate in to help you find the right regimen for your specific hair needs.

Always Desire Your Natural,

Christina J
