Awesome list! I have a vision board where I keep my goals as a visual reminder. I put this in my office to see everyday. I have growth goals like: get my Doctorate, write a few books, get married and have children...things like that
ReplyDeleteYes yes! I have a vision board as well. The best way for me to see my goals daily and to strive my best for them daily. I'm loving your goals! Keep up with them and you can definitely succeed in them!!

ReplyDeleteThank you so much for the encouragement and love. I suggest you try to create one and place it somewhere in your home to where you can view it each morning. And just repeat to yourself "I will succeed at this." I'm telling you this would be great for you to have. Let me know how it goes or if you need any other tips to get started!
DeleteWow vegan?? I've seen a lot of others transition to becoming vegan. What's your reason? Just curious
ReplyDeleteYes vegan! I have experience many positive effects from not feeling bloated, lessened my snacking, picked up my drinking water habits (less juice and pop), and I have seen the great effect of my skin and hair. So many reasons to go vegan! I'm not a vegan-nazi, but I suggest trying it for a few days out of the week to experience positive effects
